Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Justt Different.

Availability of hotels, transportation, flights, activities, permits, and other services is subject to confirmation by the respective service providers.

A quotation or itinerary provided before booking is subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.

The customer must provide accurate information, including names, dates of birth, contact details, passport details, and other information required for travel arrangements.

Any error in the information provided by the customer may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

Payments

The applicable advance payment must be paid within the time specified in the quotation or invoice.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date communicated by Justt Different.

If the balance payment is not received within the specified period, Justt Different reserves the right to cancel the booking, subject to applicable cancellation charges.

Any additional costs arising due to changes requested by the customer after confirmation will be payable by the customer.

Payment gateway, banking, currency conversion, or other transaction charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

Tour Package Prices

Prices are based on the services specifically mentioned in the quotation or package details.

Prices may change due to changes in hotel rates, transportation costs, fuel prices, government taxes, entry fees, currency exchange rates, airline fares, or other factors beyond our control.

Any additional service not specifically included in the confirmed package will be charged separately.

Unless specifically stated, personal expenses such as meals not mentioned in the itinerary, shopping, tips, laundry, room service, telephone calls, travel insurance, and other personal expenses are not included.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the contact details provided by Justt Different.

Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation and the cancellation policies of the hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers, and other suppliers involved in the booking.

Certain bookings may be non-refundable or non-cancellable, including selected airline tickets, hotels, permits, special offers, and promotional packages.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, administrative charges, and other non-refundable amounts.

Refund processing time may depend on the relevant hotel, airline, transport provider, activity operator, payment gateway, or other supplier.

Justt Different will process eligible refunds within a reasonable period after receiving the applicable refund from the relevant service provider.

Booking or convenience fees that are expressly stated as non-refundable will not be refunded.

Changes or Cancellation by Justt Different

Justt Different reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour or any part of a travel arrangement when necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, supplier availability, operational reasons, government restrictions, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where a service is cancelled by Justt Different, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement or applicable refund, subject to the terms and refunds received from the relevant suppliers.

Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel allocation is subject to availability and confirmation.

The hotel shown in an itinerary may be replaced with another hotel of similar standard when necessary, subject to availability.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotel.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.

Hotel facilities, room views, meal plans, extra beds, and other amenities are subject to the hotel's policies.

Any damage, loss, or additional charges imposed by the hotel due to the customer's actions will be payable by the customer.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided according to the vehicle type and services specified in the confirmed itinerary.

Vehicle availability is subject to operational conditions and local regulations.

The vehicle may be changed to a similar category when circumstances require.

Customers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver or tour coordinator.

Personal belongings left inside vehicles are the responsibility of the customer.

Any additional charges arising from route changes, additional waiting time, extra kilometres, detours, or services not included in the package may be charged separately where applicable.

Flights & Airline Services

For packages involving flights:

• Airline schedules, fares, baggage allowances, seat allocation, cancellations, delays, and other airline-related matters are subject to the airline's policies.
• Justt Different is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage loss, baggage delay, or schedule changes.
• Any applicable airline cancellation, rescheduling, rebooking, or amendment charges will be payable by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for checking their flight details and reaching the airport within the required time.

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

For international and inbound travel, customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance where required, and other necessary travel documents.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department.

Justt Different does not guarantee visa approval unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Any loss arising from visa rejection, insufficient documentation, passport issues, immigration decisions, or failure to meet entry requirements will be the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant booking.

International Travel & Currency

For outbound tours, prices may be affected by currency exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes, airline charges, visa fees, and other international travel costs.

Customers are responsible for complying with the immigration, customs, health, and entry requirements of the destination country and transit countries.

Inbound Tours

For international visitors travelling to India, customers are responsible for providing accurate passport, visa, arrival, and contact information required for travel arrangements.

Entry into India remains subject to the rules and decisions of Indian immigration and other competent authorities.

Justt Different will provide reasonable assistance with the travel arrangements included in the confirmed package but cannot guarantee immigration clearance or entry.
